The offered Office 365 Apps are covered under an agreement with Microsoft, so you may use these apps to store University data and conduct University business. The version of Office that students can download from Office 365 is Office 2016 Pro Plus. Office 365 is the name for a suite of online collaboration services, and is not a new version of Office. Office 365 for students includes: five (5) free licenses to download and install Office, Office Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. All these services are included in the current contract for no additional charge.
